CVT Drying
•
When you cross deep water the belt may get wet, which can cause it to lose the majority of its grip, and it can slip.
•
When leaving water, drive normally. The belt will dry and get normal grip back on its own.
•
During the drying process, it is normal to see water vapor and hear a squeal. No special maintenance is required.
