10.5 Recipe and Pen List Mode
Starting a Recipe
Resize Recipe Weight
Indicator will display: RESIZE, then resize weight.
Note: Indicator warns resized amount over capacity, press to override.
1. Press .
2. Display reads:

Line 1: RECIPE R1
Line 2: R1 – 25000 TOT- 50000
Line 3: R2 – 20000 TOT- 18000
Line 4: R3: 20000 TOT- 10000
3. Press UP and DOWN arrows to select
recipe, to start.
1. Enter desired recipe weight using key
pad.
2. Press , indicator resizes ingredients
to recipe’s total weight and displays first
Ingredient to load.
