TROUBLE POSSIBLE CAUSE
REMEDY
7.0 Troubleshooting Guide
1. Jumper wire across the
Pressure Switch terminals
on the timer board.
2. Not properly wired to the
timer board.
3. HIGH SET and/or
LOW SET are improperly
adjusted for system
conditions.
4. Pressure tubing is
disconnected, ruptured, or
plugged.
1. Alarm setpoint too low.
2. Excessive pressure drop.
3. Pressure tubing is
disconnected ruptured, or
plugged.
1. Improper operation.
2. Programming keys
disabled.
1. Remove the Pressure
Switch jumper wire before
wiring to the P Control.
2. Be sure that the Pressure
Switch connection on the
timer board is connected to
terminals 7 & 8 on TB3.
3. Adjust setpoints to usable
values.
4. Check tubing for kinks,
breaks, contamination, and
loose connections.
1. Adjust alarm setpoint to a
higher value.
2. Check cleaning system and
compressed air supply;
replace filter elements if
they will not clean down.
3. Check tubing for kinks,
breaks, contamination, and
loose connections.
1. Press and hold one of the
three setpoint keys to use
the arrow keys.
2. Remove Program Disable
jumper from terminals
3 & 4, TB2.
H. Pulse cleaning never
stops.
I. Alarm light is on.
J. Arrow keys do not work.
