partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
4.Cleanaroundtheoildipstick(Figure27)sothatdirt
cannotfallintothellerholeanddamagetheengine.

6.Slidetheoildipstickfullyintothellertube,butdonot
threaditontothetube(Figure27).
7.Pullthedipstickoutandlookattheend.Iftheoillevel
islow,slowlypouronlyenoughoilintothellertube
toraisetheleveltotheFullmark.
Important:Donotoverllthecrankcasewithoil
andruntheengine;enginedamagecanresult.
ChangingtheEngineOil
1.Parkthemachinesothatthedrainsideisslightlylower
thantheoppositesidetoensurethattheoildrains
completely.
2.DisengagethePTOandsettheparkingbrake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
4.Slidethedrainhoseovertheoildrainvalve.
5.Placeapanbelowthedrainhose.Rotateoildrainvalve
toallowoiltodrain(Figure28).
6.Whenoilhasdrainedcompletely,closethedrainvalve.
7.Removethedrainhose(
Figure28).
Note:Disposeoftheusedoilatarecyclingcenter.
