ServiceInterval:Every1,000hours/Yearly(whichever
comesrst)
Important:Iftheuidbecomescontaminated,contact
yourAuthorizedToroDealer,becausethesystemmust
beushed.Contaminateduidlooksmilkyorblack
whencomparedtocleanoil.
Important:Useofanyotherltermayvoidthewarranty
onsomecomponents.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,stoptheengine,
andremovetheignitionkey.
2.Opentherear-accessdoor.
3.Raisethemachineusingproperequipment.
WARNING
Raisingtheunitrelyingsolelyonmechanical
orhydraulicjackscouldbedangerous.The
mechanicalorhydraulicjacksmaynotbe
enoughsupportormaymalfunctionallowing
theunittofall,whichcouldcauseinjuryor
death.
Do not
relysolelyonmechanicalorhydraulic
jacksforsupport.
Useadequatejackstandsorequivalent
support.
4.Placealargedrainingcontainerunderthehydraulic
uidtank.
5.Removethedrainplugfromthebottomofthetank.
6.Cleanthethreadsonthedrainplugandapply3layers
ofPTFEsealingtape.
7.Drainthehydraulicuidowintothecontainer.
Important:Thecapacityofthehydraulic-uid
tankis170L(45USgal),soensurethatyouhave
acontainerofatleast182L(48USgal)todrain
theuidinto.
8.Installthedrainplugwhenthehydraulicuidstops
draining.
9.Fillthereservoirwithhydraulicuid.
Important:Useonlythehydraulicuids
specied.Otheruidscouldcausesystem
damage.
10.Installthereservoircap.
11.Starttheengineanduseallofthehydrauliccontrolsto
distributehydraulicuidthroughoutthesystem.
12.Checkforleaks,thenstoptheengine.
13.Checktheuidlevelandaddenoughtoraiselevelthe
leveltotheFullmarkonthedipstick.
Note:Donotoverll.

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,stoptheengine,
andremovetheignitionkey.
2.Openthefronthood.
3.Alignadrainpanorseveralragsunderthe
hydrostatic-chargelter(Figure151).
