25. Remove the two bolts, washers and nuts securing
the front of the hydrostatic pump (by the input shaft)
to the frame (Fig. 256).
27. Remove the two bolts, washers, and nuts holding
the pump bracket to the frame of the unit (Fig. 258).

26. Remove the pump shield plate from the hydrostatic
pump input shaft (Fig. 257).
28. Position the mower deck in the lowest height-of-cut
position (Fig. 259).
