Mounttheskidsinthelowerpositionwhenoperating
ina64mm(2-1/2inch)orhighercuttingheightandin
thehigherpositionwhenoperatinginacuttingheight
lowerthan64mm(2-1/2inches).
Note:Whentheskidsbecomeworn,youcanswitch
theskidstotheoppositesidesofthemower,ipping
themover.Thiswillallowyoutousetheskidslonger
beforereplacingthem.
1.DisengagethePTOandsettheparkingbrake.
2.MovethethrottlelevertotheSlowposition,
stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitfor
allmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Loosenthescrewatthefrontofeachskid.

securethemwiththeange-headboltsandnuts.
Note:Onlyusethetoporcentersetsofholes
toadjusttheskids.Thebottomholesare

becomethetopholesontheothersideofthe
mower.
AdjustingtheRollers
Mounttherollersinthelowerpositionwhenoperating
inheightofcutshigherthan64mm(2-1/2inches)and
inthehigherpositionwhenoperatinginheightofcuts
lowerthan64mm(2-1/2inches).
1.DisengagethePTOandsettheparkingbrake.
2.MovethethrottlelevertotheSlowposition,
stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitfor
allmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Raisethefrontofthemachineandsupportiton
jackstands.
4.Removethefastenerssecuringeachrolleron
yourmowerandmovetherollersupordown
asdesired(Figure7).

bladeplane.Tororecommendsabladepitchof
approximately8to11mm(5/16to7/16inch).This
meansthebackofthebladeplaneis8to11mm(5/16
to7/16inch)higherthanthefront.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurfaceonthe
shopoor.
2.Setthemowertothedesiredheightofcut,move
thethrottlelevertotheSlowposition,stopthe
engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethe
ignitionkey.
3.Rotatethecenterbladesothatitpointsstraight
forward.
