theCasterArms
Thecasterarmshavebushingspressedintothe
topandbottomofthetubeandaftermanyhours
ofoperation,thebushingswillwear.Tocheckthe
bushings,movethecasterforkbackandforthand
fromsidetoside.Ifthecasterspindleislooseinside
thebushings,thebushingsarewornandmustbe
replaced.
1.Raisethecuttingunitsothatthewheelsareoff
theoor.Blockthecuttingunitsothatitcannot
accidentallyfall.
2.Removethetensioningcap,spacer(s),and
thrustwasherfromthetopofthecasterspindle.
3.Pullthecasterspindleoutofthemountingtube.
Allowthethrustwasherandspacer(s)toremain
onthebottomofthespindle.
4.Insertapinpunchintothetoporbottomofthe
mountingtubeanddrivethebushingoutofthe
tube(Figure22).

andthemountingtube.
11.Slidethethrustwasherandthespacer(s)onto
thespindle.
12.Installthetensioningcaponthecasterspindle
toretainallpartsinplace.
