themachinetocoolcompletely.
3.Removethellercapfromthereservoirtank
(Figure54).
CAUTION
Thehydraulicbreather/llercapis
designedtopressurizethereservoirto
34kPa(5psi).
Loosenthecapslowlytoavoidinjury
wheneveraddingoilorworkingonthe
hydraulicsystem.Useawrenchonthe
hexdirectlyunderthecap.
4.Placealargedrainpanunderthettingsatthe
bottomofthereservoirtank.
5.Disconnectahosettingandallowtheuidto
drainintothepan.
6.Whennished,installandtightenthetting.
Note:Disposeoftheuseduidatacertied
recyclingcenter.
7.Fillthereservoirtankwithapproximately5.9L
(200oz)andinstallthellercap.
8.Removethecylinderlock.
9.Starttheengine.Raiseandlowerthehopper3
timestollthecylinderandhoseswithuid.
10.Raisethehopperandinstallthecylinderlock.
11.Shutofftheengine.
12.Add0.73L(25oz)ofhydraulicuidandinstall
thellercap.
Note:TheuidlevelshouldbeattheFullMark
(Figure55).Donotllpastthisline.
13.Removethecylinderlock.
14.Starttheengine.Raiseandlowerthehopper
severaltimestoremoveairfromthesystem.
