1.Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,settheparking
brake,stopthepump,stoptheengine,andremovethe
keyfromthestarterswitch.
2.Extendtheboomstothespraypositionandsupport
theboomsusingstandsorstrapsfromalift.
3.Withtheweightoftheboomsupported,remove
theboltandnutsecuringthepivotpintotheboom
assembly(Figure81).

7.Placeasmallamountofoilonthenylonbushingsand
installthemintopivotbracket.
8.Installtheboomandpivotbracketassemblyintothe
centerframe,aligningtheopenings(Figure81).
9.Installthepivotpinandsecureitwiththeboltandnut
removedpreviously.
10.Repeatthisprocedureforeachboom.
Cleaning
CleaningtheRadiatorCooling
Fins
ServiceInterval:Every200hours—Cleantheradiatorns.
Important:Donotspraywaterintoahotengine
compartment.
1.Positionthesprayeronalevelsurface,settheparking
brake,stopthepump,stoptheengine,andremovethe
keyfromthestarterswitch.
2.Tiltthedriverandpassengerseatsforwardandalign
theproprodintothedetentintheproprodguideslot.
3.Allowthecoolingsystemtocool.
4.Removetheseatbaseaccesscover;refertoRemoving
theSeatBaseAccessPanel(page41).
5.Usingasoftbrushandlow-pressurecompressedair,
cleanthensoftheradiator.
Note:Cleantheradiatornesmoreoftenifneeded.
Checkallcoolanthosesandreplaceanythatareworn,
leaking,ordamaged.
6.Lowerthedriverandpassengerseats.
7.Installtheseatbaseaccesscover;refertoInstallingthe
SeatBaseAccessPanel(page41).
