RemovingtheNozzleMotor
RefertoFigure34forthefollowingprocedure.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,shutofftheengine,andremovethekey
fromthekeyswitch.Blockthewheelswithchockstopreventthemachine
frommoving.
2.Disconnectthebatterynegative(-)cableatthebattery.
3.Unplugthewireharnessconnectorfromthenozzlemotor.
4.Loosen,butdonotremovethelocknut(item16)thatsecuresthedrivepulley
tothenozzlemotorshaft.Loosenthelocknutatleast2turns.
5.Removethe2boltsand2angenutsthatsecuretheleafspring(item21)to
themotorbracket,andremovetheleafspringwithbearingandatwashers
fromthebracket.
