handling.Practicestarting,stopping,raising,and
loweringtheaerator;engaginganddisengagingthe
PTOdrive;andaligningthemachinewithprevious
passes.Apracticesessionincreasescondencein
theperformanceoftheaeratorandhelpsensureuse
ofproperoperatingtechniqueswhenoperatingthe
machine.
Iftherearesprinklerheads,electricalor
communicationlines,orotherobstructionsatthejob
site,marktheseitemstoensurethattheyarenot
damaged.

Inspecttheareaofoperationforhazardsthatcould
damagethemachineandremovethem,ifpossible,
orplanhowtoavoidthem.Carryreplacementtines,
springwires,springsandtoolsincasetinesare
damagedduetocontactwithforeignmaterials.
