1.Stoptheaeratoronalevelsurface,notona
slope.
2.DisengagethePTOandengagetheparking
brake.
3.Raisetheaeratorroller(s)7.5to15cm(3to6
inches)offtheground.Placesupportblocks
undertheroller(s).
4.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
5.Beforeleavingtheoperator'sseat,shutoffthe
engine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostop.
6.Removethetines.
7.Installthestoragestand.
8.Slowlylowertheaeratoruntilthestoragestands
contacttheground.
9.Removethepinsecuringthetoplinktothe
aeratorbracket.Retainthepinwiththeaerator.
Also,onmodelswithahydraulictoplink,
disconnectthehydraulichosesandthe
connectinglinkfromthetractionunit.Capthe
hydraulichoses.Storethesecomponentswith
theaerator.
10.DisconnectthesafetyshieldchainsfromPTO
shaft.
11.Pullbackonthelockcollartodisconnectthe
powershaftfromthetractionunitPTOshaft.
12.SlidethePTOshaftbackandremoveitfromthe
tractionunit.
13.ConnectthePTOsafetychaintotheaerator
topreventthePTOshaftfromcontactingthe
ground.
14.Removethepinssecuringthelowerlinkarmsto
theaeratorbrackets.Retainthepinswiththe
aerator.
