6. Remove the speed control assembly from the
unit.
Speed Control Assembly Installation
1. Insert the speed control assembly to the chassis.
The bearing pivot (A) needs to be oriented
so the ats of the pivot t into the hole in the
chassis. Insert bolt and torque bolt to 45-55 ft-
lbs. (62-76 Nm).
2. Insert a 1/4 in. pin through the hole on the pedal
mount and into the foot pedal assembly. This
ensures the foot pedal is in the neutral position.
3. When a pin is inserted into the pedal mount,
the holes on the left side of the speed control
assembly should line up. Place a 1/4 in. dowel
in one of the alignment holes and into the
chassis on the speed control assembly to keep
it in position.
