The explanations in this section are based on the assumption that the module has started
normally. To change the mode from standby to run after starting the module, it is
necessary to set the local node parameters by a parameter setting request before issuing
an operation mode control request. Also, clear the scan list before setting slave device
parameters by a parameter setting request if the configuration of the slave devices is
changed.
