Is the PFP upper drawer
feed sensor working?

in the test mode: 03-[1]/

Yes

No • Check if the connector of the PFP upper
drawer feed sensor is disconnected.
• Check if either of the connectors CN410 on
the PFP board is disconnected.
• Check if any of the connectors on the MAIN
board is disconnected.
20L/23L/25L/20H/23H/25H: CN26
23LA/23LM/28LM/23HA/28HA: CN15
• Check if the connector pins are
disconnected and the harnesses are open
circuited.
• Check if the conductor patterns on the PFP
board and MAIN board are short circuited or
open circuited.
• Replace the PFP upper drawer feed sensor.
• Replace the PFP board.
• Replace the MAIN board.

Is the PFP feed clutch
working? (Perform the
output check in the test
mode: 03-226)

No • Check if the connector of the PFP transport
clutch is disconnected.
• Check if any of the connectors CN410 on
the PFP board is disconnected.
• Check if any of the connectors on the MAIN
board is disconnected.

• Check if the connector pins are
