9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Action
1 The same fuse
keeps blowing
This may indicate a more complex
problem in the electric motor
Contact the service and repair
department
2 The device
wobbles/stands
loose when I am
working with it
The floor is not level Move the appliance to a place where
the floor is level
The floor is not strong enough to
support the weight of the device
Move the device to a place where the
floor can support the weight of the
device
The bolts have come loose from their
anchors
Retighten the bolts
3 The identification
lights are not lit
A fuse has blown Replace the blown fuse
The device is completely switched off. Switch the device on
4 The oil level is
below the red line
There is too little oil in the reservoir Top up the oil until it is above the
red line
5 I see and/or notice
an oil leak
A hydraulic line is cracked, causing
oil to leak
Replace the hydraulic hose
immediately
An oil clamp comes loose Retighten the oil clamp
An oil clamp is broken Replace the oil clamp
6 Motor noise is
abnormally high

7 The motor turns
in the opposite
direction
