4. Enter a range of IP addresses to be controlled in the IP Range fields.
5. Enter a range of port numbers to be controlled in the Port Range fields.
6. Select a protocol type for this rule.
7. Enter the minimum and maximum upload (in Kbps) through the WAN port in the
Upstream fields.
8. Enter the minimum and maximum download (in Kbps) through the WAN port in the
Downstream fields.
9. Select Enable This Entry and click Save.
Note:
If you want to disable this entry, click in the Status column.
