Pre-Installation
Maximum Wire Length
The thermostat may not function properly if the total resistance of any of the thermostat wires
exceeds 2.5 ohms (refer to Table 2).
Important: Ensure
that the wires from the thermostat to the HVAC equipment do not exceed
lengths shown in Table 2. Best
practice: use shorter wire lengths.
