Applications for the heat
pump configuration
This chapter provides information for wiring input and output terminals
and setting DIP switches for typical heat pump applications. The function
of inputs and outputs is also defined for these applications.
The types of heat pump applications supported by the Tracer ZN517 uni-
tary controller are heat pumps with:
• One or two compressors with reversing valves
• Optional auxiliary heat control
• Optional economizer control
