SPEED: Displays the Speed
INCLINE: Displays the Incline
TIME: Displays the Time
DISTANCE: Displays the Distance
CALORIES: Displays the Calories
PULSE: Displays the Heart Rate
FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS
PROGRAM: When the treadmill is in standby mode, press PROGRAM to make a selection
between: P1 – P24.
MODE: When the treadmill is in standby mode, press MODE to make a selection between
default mode, time countdown, distance countdown and calorie countdown mode.
START: When the treadmill is in standby mode, press START to start the treadmill.
STOP: When the motor is running, press STOP to stop the treadmill.
SPEED +: When the treadmill is in standby mode press SPEED+ to increase the set value.
When the treadmill is running, press SPEED+ to increase the speed.
SPEED -: When the treadmill is in standby mode press SPEED- to decrease the set value.
When the treadmill is running, press SPEED- to decrease the speed.
INCLINE +: When the treadmill is in standby mode press INCLINE+ to increase the set value.
When the motor is running, press INCLINE+ to increase the incline.
INCLINE -: When the treadmill is in standby mode press INCLINE- to decrease the set value.
When the motor is running, press INCLINE- to decrease the incline.

FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Please unplug the power cord to shut down the machine completely before folding and unfolding the
machine.
Put your hand at position A, then pull up the Base Frame in the direction of the arrow illustrated in the
corresponding image until you hear a clicking sound indicating that the Spring at Point B is locked into position.
UNFOLDING THE MACHINE
Place one hand at A, push the base frame a little up, and then pull out the Spring Pin B on the Air Cylinder (48)
gently pull down the running deck. The running deck will lower automatically.
Note: Please unplug the power cord to shut down the machine completely before folding or unfolding the
machine.
Note: Ensure that all parts are secured and correctly assembled before beginning to exercise with the treadmill.
To prevent injury, please ensure that you, children or pets are not in the way of the descending running
deck.
