What to do if my True ALPINE RUNNER heart rate is displaying erratically or not displaying?

  If the heart rate on your True Treadmill is displaying erratically or not at all, there could be several reasons: * Ensure the transmitter belt contacts are making good contact with your skin and are moist. * Adjust your position to be within 3 feet (1 meter) of the console. * Replace the transmitter belt if the battery is depleted. Also, another user wearing a compatible transmitter strap may be interfering if they are within 3 feet (1 meter) of the unit. Environmental interference from high voltage power lines can also cause this issue; try moving the unit or the source of interference. If the source is plugged into the same outlet, move it to another outlet.

  Fault CN01 on your True Treadmill indicates an internal fault, possibly because the console is configured incorrectly or due to corrupt software. Try power cycling the console. You may also need to re-configure the console or re-install the software/firmware.
