  If your True Treadmill resets or pauses randomly, first, ensure the safety key is fully engaged. Next, inspect the power cord at the unit and outlet to ensure it is fully seated. If the power cord is damaged, replace it. Verify the output voltage from the 20A outlet with a voltmeter to ensure sufficient power. Also, user weight must be over 90lbs. Verify No User Present settings in console. If an error code is displayed on the console, contact TRUE Fitness Customer.
