Remove Mirror from the Optics Block
1. Clean mirror with compressed air or lint-free wipe and isopropyl
alcohol. Verify the alcohol does not leave a residue on the mirror.
2. To clean the beam dump, remove from optics block (Beam Dump
Removal Tool S7000150 can also be used).
3. If beam dump is dirty, clean with compressed air. If needed, clean
with lint-free wipe and isopropyl alcohol. Verify the alcohol does not
leave any residue.
Remove the 2 screws securing the mirror to the
Optical Block. SCR M3 x 4 PAN HD PHH ZI STL
Attach the screws to the mirror to remove it from the laser
assembly (Mirror Removal Tool S7000150 can also be used.)
