Handheld and Remote Airborne Particle Counters
Rem o v al of F l o w C ontrol Board
Follow these instructions to remove and install the Flow Control board.
Replacement part needed for a Flow Control board is one (1) Flow
Control board kit (S7000176). Verify board is a 12 volt version PCA. The
PCA number should be 6005424. If not, order (S7000169) to update
Pump and Flow control board at the same time.
1. Open up the unit same as for replacing the pump and filters (see
instructions for replacing the internal pump).
2. Disconnect the connections to the pressure transducer.
3. Disconnect wiring and all other connections.
4. Remove the five (5) hex screws holding the board to case.
