Door Entry Handset
The speech module can have an optional door entry handset for receiving door calls, below is an
image of the handset. Each dwelling can have up to five handsets fitted
When a door call is received ringing will be heard from the handset and the speech module, lift the
handset to have a conversation with the caller. Pressing the button with the key symbol will
release the door.
If you do not want to release the door place the handset back on hook. To stop the
handset ringing (the speech module will always emit a ringing sound) slide the
privacy switch in to the on position.
