Troubleshoong Guide
There is no sound coming from the TV or TV Ears headset.
First, make sure that sound can be heard from the built-in TV Speakers.
Is the problem apparent on all inputs (such as cable box, or DVD player) or only one parcular input /
device?
If the problem is the same on all input / devices:
1. Try turning the volume up to make sure it isn’t on a low seng.
2. Make sure that the “mute” funcon is not enabled.
3. If you sll cannot hear sound, please contact customer support.
If you can hear sound on some inputs / devices, try:
1. Check the video connecon on both the TV and Audio source that is showing the problem. Make sure
the cable is connected securely on both ends, then try removing and reconnecng it if possible.
Once you have conrmed that you can hear audio coming from the built-in TV Speakers, it is me to troubleshoot
the TV Ears headset. Leave the TV on an input or channel that you know is playing sound through the speakers,
and then turn the TV volume down to a low volume. Then, bring your headset within a few feet of the TV and:
1. Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the wall or surge protector outlet.
2. Make sure the headset is fully charged.
3. Pair the headset with the TV. (See page 11 for step-by-step instrucons.)
The TV Remote Control is not working.
1. Make sure that the baeries in the remote control are inserted correctly.
2. Try replacing the baeries with a fresh pair.
