department before deciding to return your product. In many cases our technical
support technicians will be able to help resolve your problem over the phone. If
there is a problem that requires your TV to be sent in for repair or replacement,
our technical support technicians will be able to provide you with a required
return (RMA) number, and give you the proper instrucons on how to send your
TV in for service.
