6.4. Troubleshooting
6.4.1. Clutch does not release or not fully release.
• Control arm improper free travel.
• Damaged control arm, declutch bearing or pushing rod.
• Severely deformed drive friction plate of clutch.
• Lock-up of separate shaft sleeve, separate washer and driven gear.
• Severely worn outer case of clutch.
6.4.2. Clutch skids:
• Severely worn friction plates.
• Seizure of clutch mechanism.
• Control arm Improper free travel.
6.4.3. Gearshift becomes difficult and seized.
• Clutch does not disengage thoroughly.
• Gearshift arm bends, deforms and severely wears.
• Fork plate of gearshift arm deforms and doesn’t return; Break of spring of
locating plate.
