6.5.6. Assembly location pins and new paper
gasket.
6.5.6.1.
Removal of clutch gasket and engine oil
from crankcase before assembling
6.5.7. Assemble right cover, bracket, bolts.
(First, tighten the bolt at locating pin, then
tighten other bolts alternatively)
Note: When assemble right cover, rotate impeller of
water pump so checked water pump shaft is aligned
with balanced shaft, then install the right cover to its
position
6.5.8. When assembling water pump cover,
check if water pump seal ring is in good
condition, then fix the water pump cover
with bolts.
6.5.9. Assemble water pipe and fix it with clamp.
