5.0 WORKING WITH USB FLASH DRIVE
The machine’s Regulator allows Machine’s conguration, software updates and data recovery by ex-
changing les using a USB drive (ash drive).
The drive must be connected to the USB connector, which is situated on the inner side of the vending
machine’s door (see gure 34).
The USB must be connected while in sales mode. When you connect the USB drive the Machine’s
display will show relevant information about the drive.
Information that can be read on the USB-ash drive with the machine:
Statistical data (Audit): Information about the Machine’s operations, sales, equipment functioning and
logs. Stored in a le format EVA-DTS, le name:Axxmmddi.DTS. If the Machine’s clock’s not working
the le name will be Axx_i.DTS.
- хх = last two digits of the serial number, set in clause 1.1.2 of the Technician’s menu
- mm = Month (if date and time are set for the Machine)
- dd = Day (if date and time are set)
- i = digit from 0 to 9. You can save up to 10 les with different names in 24 hours.
It is necessary to insert the USD-ash drive into the USB connector to access the information on the
drive. The USD connector is situated on the inner side of the vending machine’s door (see section 3.5.13).
This connection should be made when the machine is in selling mode and when asked conrm the follow-
ing: “
Save audit?”
The current conguration: File format EVA-DTS. File name: Cxxxxxxx.DTS, C then the 7-digit serial
number of the machine, specied in clause 1.1.2 of he Technician’s menu (for example: C0000123.
DTS).
This le contains equipment conguration information, as well as information about the names, place-
ments and prices of products.
It is necessary to insert the USD-ash drive into the USB connector to access the information on the
drive. The USD connector is situated on the inner side of the vending machine’s door (see section 3.5.13).
This connection should be made when the machine is in selling mode and when asked conrm the follow-
ing: “Write conguration?
Information that can be downloaded from the USB-ash drive into the machine:
Conguration of a certain Machine:
File format EVA-DTS. File name: Cxxxxxxx.DTS, C then the 7-digit
serial number of the machine, specied in clause 1.1.2 of he Technician’s menu. The le will be loaded
into the machine only when the coincidence of numbers specied in clause 1.1.2 and in the le name.
This allows you to load from one USB-ash drive different congurations for different machines.
It is necessary to insert the USD-ash drive into the USB connector to access the information on the drive. The
USD connector is situated on the inner side of the vending machine’s door (see section 3.5.13). This connection
should be made when the machine is in selling mode and when asked conrm the following: “Load conguration?
ATTENTION! To work with the machine is only suitable USB-ash drives! Disk drives and ash
drives are not supported. Supports USB-ash drives with FAT16 or FAT32. Other le systems (in-
cluding NTFS) not supported.
