Adjusting the Ringer, Earpiece and Speaker Volume
Adjusting the Base Ringer
Ringer on/off: The ringer on/off switch allows you to set the base ringer
on or off. If you set the switch to off, the base ringer will be silent.
Ringer tone: Press the ringer tone button in standby to select one of 7 ring
tones.
Ringer volume: The base has ten settings for ringer volume.
1) With the phone in standby, press
[select/+]
or
[select/
-
]
.
2) The base will sound the ringer volume at the selected setting and
display the new ringer volume.
Adjusting the Handset Ring Tone and Volume
Your cordless handset has two different ring tones (A and B) and two different
volumes for each (low and high).
1) With the phone in standby, press
[volume/ /+]
or
[volume/ /
-
]
to cycle through
Ringer A High, Ringer A Low, Ringer B High, Ringer B Low, and Ringer off.
2) The phone will sound the different ring tones at different volumes. To turn the
ringer off, select Ringer Off.
