Offers the possibility to monitor another phone, and to pick up calls for the monitored phone.
For the pickup function (OpenStage V2R1 onwards), the appropriate code must be provided
(see blf-code in Section 4.4.5.8, "Addressing (V3) / Services (up to V2R2)").
