3.5.2.4 XML Data Exchange (OpenStage V2R2 onwards)
1. The following example shows XML data sent from a phone with to the provisioning service
after a local configuration change. Note the values of configuration-changed-flag,
configuration-attached-flag, and configuration-attached-number:
