1) Drill the holes
Put the mounting frame close to the wall and adjust the level, make the mark in the
hole, take off the mounting frame and drill the hole.
2) Use explosive bolts to fasten the mounting frame to the wall.
3) Hang the top of the cabinet on the mounting bracket
