What to do if Universal Robots E Series Polyscope freezes?

If the Polyscope operating system freezes, ensure the system uses the latest software and the SD card mounts correctly. Also, make sure that no URCaps or processor loading programs are running. To further isolate the issue, try mounting another teach pendant in the controller box or mounting the teach pendant from the failing system in a controller box that works correctly. You can also connect a USB keyboard to the controller box and check if the LED indicators toggle when pressing keys. If they do, the problem is the Teach Pendant; otherwise, it's the safety control board.
