BASE INSTALLATION WITH LOWER ANCHORS
What is a Waterfall?
This is an easy issue to resolve by following the steps below:
1 Uninstall your MESA base.
2 Adjust the level adjustment foot to achieve proper recline level.
NOTE: The level angle indicator is located on either side of the
MESA base. It MUST be all GREEN. In cases where a waterfall
is present, we recommend extending the foot to its HIGHEST
position.
3 Push the base into the seat back. If there is a gap between the top
of the MESA base and the back of the vehicle seat, place a rolled
hand towel in the gap flush with the top of the base.
4 Proceed to BASE INSTALLATION WITH LOWER ANCHORS
(pg 25). Follow Safety Check (pg 28) to confirm proper installation.
