How it Works
1. Sprint iQ is set to
Program mode.
2. In the Program setup
screen, setup
personnel digitally
enter test pressure
values using Sprint
iQ’s normal
programming
methods.
3. Unique test pressures
can be entered for each
of Sprint iQ’s stored
programs. As many as
100 different test pressures can be entered.
4. When in Run mode, the Electronic Programmable
Regulator automatically goes to the set test pressure to
provide the desired pressure or ramp rate for one or
multiple parts.
Test Pressure
Test Pressure is
the pressure to
which
Sprint iQ
inflates the test
part before
beginning to
look for a
pressure drop
over time. The Electronic Programmable Regulator
automatically adjusts to achieve the target test pressure.
