Check truck alternator voltage
Check stand by charger voltage, AC breaker, and continuity to the unit
Check connections on the terminal block and input voltage in condenser unit
Check controller input power fuse (3 amp)
Check controller connection to the wiring harness at controller plug
Check evaporator fan(s) fuse (20 amp)
Check that the evaporator fan(s) is not faulty and connections to the wiring harness are good at the plugs
Check evaporator fan(s) relay
Check that the controller is not on defrost mode / passing the set point
Check that the controller is not faulty (check output signals based on the wiring diagram)
Check the compressor relay
Check that the compressor is not faulty
Check that the sight glass is full, not showing bubbles
Check that the condenser pressure control valve (CPCV) is not faulty / stuck (supposed to be normally open)
Check that the hot gas solenoid valve (HGSV) is not faulty / stuck. (supposed to be normally closed)
Check solenoid valves relay
Choose colder location (shade)
Check for air leaks / exposed metal surface in the insulation
Check the automatic defrost setting / run defrost manually
Check that the TXV (thermostatic expansion valve) bulb’s attachment to the pipe is tight and properly insulated
Check condenser fan(s) fuse (20 amp)
Check that the condenser fan(s) is not faulty and connections to the wiring harness are good at the plugs
Check condenser fan(s) relay
Check solenoid valves fuse (5 amp)
Check solenoid valves connections to the wiring harness at plugs
Check that the evaporator condensation drain is not plugged by dirt or a kinked hose(s)
Check if vehicle is parked on a slope, not letting the water drain from the evaporator pan
Check low pressure switch and continuity to controller
Check temperature outside if it is below -19°C (-2F)
Check energy stabilizer output voltage while disconnected from the terminal block
Check the compressor connection on the signal wire plug
