CAUTION
Do not use a knife or other sharp instrument to open packaging containing single-use video
laryngoscopes, and do not use such components if their packaging is damaged.
CAUTION
European Union only: If any serious incident occurs during use of this product, you must
immediately notify Verathon (or its authorized representative), the Competent Authority of the
Member State where the incident occurred, or both.
