Introduction
System Overview
The GlideScope Go 2 system features a small handheld monitor that can use either GlideScope Spectrum QC
video laryngoscopes or a GlideScope Video Baton QC Large with GlideScope GVL Stats 3 and 4.
GlideScope Spectrum QC video laryngoscopes are durable, single-use plastic blades that must be disposed
of after one use. Single-use blades are identied by an S in their name, such as Hyperangle S4. These
blades incorporate the following technologies:
• Dynamic Light Control—Enables optimization of image quality and brightness at the vocal cords.
GVL Stats are durable, transparent, single-use laryngoscope shells that t over a exible, reusable Video
Baton QC Large. The Stats contain no active components, so waste is kept to a minimum. Although they are
single-use devices, they do not have an S in their names.
