Drying buildings
The heat pump is not designed for the higher heat demand
required when a building is being dried out.
Should there be a higher heat demand to dry out a building, cover
that demand with on-site equipment.
DHW cylinder
When selecting t he DHW c ylinder, ensure that its indirect coil sur-
face area is large enough for the purpose. For connectable output,
see the heat pumps technical gui de or the manufacturer´s details.
Note
For heat pumps up to a rated heat output of 16 kW, we recom-
mend the installation of the Vitocell 100-V, type CVW DHW cylin-
der with 390 l capacity (for further details, see the separate
datasheet).
For heat pumps with a rated heat output in excess of 16 kW, we
recommend the installation of a cylinder primary system with a
Vitocell 100-V, type CVA (from 300 l capacity) in conjunction with
a Vitotrans 100 plate-type heat exchanger (for further details, see
the technical guide).
