It is possible to preset two different portion sizes
for each water type apart from hot water.
To enter portion setting mode:
1. Enter the menu.
2. Select ‘Portion settings
3. Select portion setting size A or B.
The system will guide through the next steps.
To set a portion size:
4. Set a suitable vessel under the tap outlet.
5. Press the desired water type button.
6. Stop pressing when having dispensed the
desired amount. Make sure not to overll the
vessel.
7. Press the ‘conrm’ button to nish setting
mode or press ‘reject’ to delete the set portion.
8. To add more water, press the water icon
again.
The setting has to be done separately for every
water type.
Note: The preset portion may vary depending on
local water supply ow rate. Portion setting is not
available for hot water.
The portion setting can be adjusted:
1. Off: No portion setting available
2. One time: Portion size has to be selected for
every dispense
3. Repetitive: Portion size selected last time stays
activated
It is recommended not to exceed 0.25 gal
per portion size. The setup is done at
operator’s own risk.
The cold water tem-
perature can be preset
to three different
levels:
Cold
Colder
Coldest
The hot water tempera-
ture can be preset to:
155 °F, 157 °F, 159 °F,
...+2 °F..., 197 °F,
199 °F, 201 °F.
Set water
temperature:
1. Enter the menu
2. Select menu
‘Set temperature
3. Select desired
temperature. The
setting will be saved
automatically.
The temperature of the

may vary depending
on local water supply
and ambient tempera-
ture.

System Setup
Enter menu Swipe downwards with two ngers on the undercounter
display. PIN code (1966) has to be entered.
Set language Push the language button and turn back to system
setup.
Set boiler standby
Off: no standby timer set
Set boiler standby with ˄/˅ arrows in 30 minute
intervals.
Set boiler temperature with ˄/˅ arrows
Night mode
Set start and end time of night mode with ˄/˅ arrows
in 1 minute intervals.
Set operate time for weekdays to either off, full or
time based.
Start/stop night mode.
Set date/time Set the time with arrow buttons.
Set the date with arrow buttons.
Set brightness Set the button brightness:
0%: min brightness
50%: med. brightness
100%: max. brightness
Set the display brightness
between 0% and 100% in
steps of 5%.
Set units Choose between the units metrical (°C, liter...) and
empirical (F, gal...).
All settings can only be executed by the operator or the service technician.
The settings will be saved automatically.
