□ Install hose coupling and flexible hose to open end of modified
secondary coolant hose. Leave about 1” gap between hoses
and secure with supplied hose clamps.
□ Remove plastic wire guide from front of EGR on passenger side
of engine (two bolts securing to EGR and plastic ties securing to
wire). Save bolts for attaching the inlet valve brace later and
discard plastic. (Figure 2.3).
