Step 1:
Attach cable ties to two positions on the grill as
shown.

Step 2:
Pull the cable ties toward the opposite edge of
the loudspeaker and then pull up and away to
expose the enclosure.
Step 3:
With the grill removed undo all four screws from
the horn.
