Media settings menu(SETUP)
Please first read and observe the safety in-
structions on page 3 and the introduc-
tory information and safety instructions on
page 21.
In Media mode, press the button in order to
open the Media Setup menu. The choice of setup
options depends on the device and equipment
and other accessories.
Adjusting the playback volume
Lower the default volume of the radio system be-
fore turning up the volume on an external audio
source ⇒ page 9.
If the connected audio source is played back too
softly, increase the output volume of the external
audio source, if possible. If this is not sufficient, in-
crease the input volume.
If the connected external audio source is played
back too loudly or the sound is distorted, lower the
output volume of the external audio source, if pos-
sible. If this is not sufficient, decrease the input
volume.
WARNING
Excessively high volume settings may lead to
hearing loss. This can also extend to short expo-
sure of the ears to loud volumes.
Note
Excessively loud or distorted playback can
damage the vehicle speakers.
: The tracks of the current folder are repeated at the end.
Random playback and the repeat function stay activated for the respective media source until they are
deactivated.
