9.Warranty
Volt-E offers a limited warranty on all its products, against manufacturer defects,
except accessories (AC output connectors). The Charging Station is covered by a
limited one-year warranty.
9.1. Validity
The guarantee is only valid when:
→ The product is purchased from Volt-E, or its authorized dealers or distributors;
→ The charger cabinet is complete and not opened by non-certified third parties
(violation of Void seals);
→ The product is NOT repaired or serviced by a third party, either on property or
during the contract period;
→ The product is NOT transferable to third parties, either on property or during the
contract period;
→ The plate of characteristics is NOT covered or removed from the product.
9.2. Exclusion
The guarantee does not apply when:
→ Damage or loss caused by modification, alteration, repair by unauthorized third
parties;
→ Damage or loss caused by incorrect use by the customer or by people who have
access to this product on the customer's premise;
→ Normal wastage;
