Tube Control
With this Checkbox, you can
adjust temperature
regulation for a temperature step according to
sample volume (0 – 100 µl)
. If necessary, the
temperature regulation will perform short-term
deliberate overshoots and
undershoots depending
on the entered sample volume during PCR run.
Saving a program
Use this button to save a program. The
adjoining window appears to add the
program name and select the folder to
save.
Save & Run
A program can be saved and run
immediately using this button. The
adjoining window appears (see saving a
program) to add the program name and
select the folder to save.
Do/ Undo a Step
Use this button to do- or undo a step after
adding or deleting a step into a program.
Editing a command
The parameters of a command can be
modified by selecting the corresponding
command line of the program and
changing it with
the 'Edit' button. (The
same function has a double click on the
command line).
