5.11 Work operation
Inadmissible work procedures
Working with the swivel force
Do not use the swivel force of the upper carriage to tear down walls or
to create level surfaces.
Never ram the attachment into the ground when swiveling the upper
carriage.
This can damage the machine or the attachment.
Working with the drive force
Never ram the attachment into the ground to dig during machine travel.
This can damage the machine or the attachment.
Retracting the attachment
When retracting the attachment, ensure that it does not touch the
stabilizer blade.
Working with the falling force by lowering the attachment
Do not use the falling force of the attachment as a hoe, hammer or pile-
driver.
Working this way can greatly reduce the machine’s service life.
