Maintenance 7
NOTICE
Dirt on the radiator fins reduces the radiator’s heat dissipation capacity
and can cause damage to the diesel engine and the hydraulic system!
Check and if necessary clean the radiator once a day.
In dusty or dirty work conditions, clean more frequently than indicated
in the maintenance plans.
NOTICE
In order to ensure the radiator’s optimal cooling capacity, do not damage
the radiator fins as you clean them with a compressed-air gun!
Maintain a sufficient distance from the radiator to avoid damage to the
radiator fins.
Use oil-free compressed air (2 bar/29 psi max.) to clean.
Water radiator A and hydraulic oil radiator B are located behind the cover
on the right.
1. Stop and park the machine. Stop the engine. See “Preparing
lubrication”.
2. Remove the cover on the right.
3. Remove dust and other foreign bodies from the fins with compressed
air.
4. Install the side cover.
